Therapy and coaching with parts work

 – Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Welcome to IFS parts work!

If you are currently in crisis or conflict, want to free yourself from recurring patterns or desire more inner freedom, you may want to know more about your personality parts which play a part in your current situation. No matter with your concerns, as IFS therapist, I offer nonjudgemental appreciation. All your personality parts are welcome.

My name is Anne Luise Wagner. As a certified IFS Therapist (IFS Institut, Munich, Germany), Certified Alternative Practitioner for psychotherapy and Coach, I accompany people in challenging life situations, conflicts, inner struggles or emotional eating on their way to more insight, confidence and self-control. With my authentic approach and warmth, I will create a safe space for you to learn about your internal parts, what their positive function is and how to minimize their exaggerated, unhealthy role.

IFS Parts work – understanding and relieving inner parts

IFS stands for Internal Family Systems, a parts-based psychotherapy approach developed by the American psychologist and systemic family therapist Richard Schwartz. Parts work sees your entire personality as distinct parts with positive intentions, which may be in conflict or caught in exhausting roles. Parts work strives to regain inner harmony and to balance function of all one’s parts. IFS also introduces the Self, a centered state of being, with qualities like calmness, creativity, compassion or confidence. By learning how to access this state of being, one creates more Self-leadership. More about the method.

I have had the pleasure of doing parts work with Anne Luise for more than a year and have found her to be a very warm and authentic facilitator. My parts trust her because she never forces the process and this has resulted in the release of deep childhood traumas with the result of so much joy in my life. I am forever grateful for her wise and compassionate presence and heartily recommend anyone to her practice.
